Bill comes from running his own electrical contracting company, with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. In 2011 he took the leap of selling his shares in his business, to focus on investing in property. With his infectious personality, he loves well run systems, tenants who report maintenance and Investors that know a great investment when they see one.
