Darren Patel, our resident perfectionist and design guru 🎨, served 7 years in HM Royal Air Force ✈️, followed by 2 years as an Electrical Foreman ⚡ before diving into property investment in 2007 🏠. When he's not fine-tuning our properties, Darren’s either out walking his loyal sidekick, Humphrey 🐕, or squeezing in a 10k run 🏃‍♂️—that is, when one of his three lovely kids isn’t clinging to him! As our chief design coordinator, Darren has an eagle eye 👁️ for detail, ensuring everything from the layout to the smallest fixtures looks on point. Not even a leaky tap gets by him 🚰!
